BASE: Oliveto Estate is nestled in the expansive rolling hills of Le Marche settled in olive groves, vineyards, and set against the Adriatic Sea. Oliveto Estate nourishes the soul and rejuvenates the senses. 

ARRIVAL AIRPORTS: Ancona Airport (AOI) is the nearest airport to Oliveto Estate and airport transfers to and from are included in your stay | We can help arrange transfers from other airports, if needed

    • Cooking Class: Pasta from Scratch

    • Free time: pool, reading, journaling, rest, take the bike path to the beach, massage or spa | additional charge
    • Montegallo Hat Workshop - Le Marche has earned global recognition for luxury hat making - (a designer will walk us through their process) | purchased products available

    Early Evening:

    • Workshop: “Reconnecting With Pleasure” - mindful tasting exercise (slow food practice)

    Evening:

    • Family-Style dinner provided by villa chef 

  • Day 3: Excursion: Ascoli Piceno + Riviera del Conero

    Morning:

    • Breakfast prepared by villa chef

    Mid-Morning:

    • Embark on tour of Ascoli Piceno (a city older than Rome, in the Le Marche region)
    • Morning of heritage, olives, and wine!

    Afternoon:

    • Lunch at a family-run vineyard

    • Wine tasting at vineyard

    Late-Afternoon:

    • Arrival back to Oliveto Estate

    • Free Time: pool, reading, journaling, rest, massage or spa | additional charge

    Evening:

    • A simple charcuterie spread and wine followed by dinner

    • Paint and sip workshop led by a local artist

  • Day 4: Market-to-Table + Movement

    Morning:

    • Breakfast prepared by villa chef

    Mid-Morning:

    • Optional: Embark on truffle hunting experience | this excursion would leave around 10am and return around 4pm | additional charge

    • Or…relax at the estate, with optional massage | additional charge

    Afternoon:

    • Lunch prepared by villa chef

    • Workshop: “Purpose + Contribution” - how food connects cultures and people, values exploration worksheet, and how to bring more meaning into everyday life

    Late-Afternoon:

    • Arrival back to Oliveto Estate from truffle hunting

  • Day 5: Intention-Setting + Community

    Morning:

    • Morning Meditation

    • Breakfast prepared by villa chef

    Mid-Morning:

    • The Boat Trip | Embark to visit Due Sorelle Beach, only accessible by boat | swim in the Adriatic waters | aperitivo, local appetizers, and local drinks/wine on board

    Afternoon:

    • A tasting experience in a local store of cheeses and wines

    Late-Afternoon:

    • Final Workshop: “Bringing the Experience Home” - what habits, rituals, or mindsets will you take with you?/create a “nourishment plan” (food, rest, creativity, joy)

    Evening:

    • Family-Style Dinner provided by villa chef

  • Day 6: Rejuvenation + Relaxation

    Morning:

    • Breakfast prepared by villa chef

    Mid-Morning:

    • Journey to Riviera del Conero for a short hike down to untouched beaches where you’ll spend the rest of the afternoon sunbathing, reading, and swimming (snacks and beverages provided) | hike is ~2 hours

    Late-Afternoon:

    • Visit the town on the way back to the villa

  • Day 7: Departure Day
